3-Year firmware and software updates.
Free hardware updates throughout the entire warranty period.
Our instruments are modular. In case of a module failure,
we will send you a replacement module, free of charge.
Free service and support by phone, along office hours.
On-site training and installation available upon request.
There is a restocking fee on new products returned. Fee depends
on items returned. Please consult the factory before you return.
